Learn about the most important concepts of CALAS APP
Discover a new approach to digitising tasks in care homes that improves process efficiency. We invite you to learn about the five most important concepts of this application: usability, mobility, care plan, room presence and digitisation.
With CALAS APP, you can have your care plan in the palm of your hand.
We'll tell you in less than two minutes.
Calas App is the application for nursing homes or care homes that allows you to consult and manage each resident's care plan from your mobile device.
It integrates with any residence management system, so there is no need to replace the existing patient-nurse system at the centre in order to use this application. It is a solution designed for any type of centre, regardless of its size or current situation.
This tool allows for a new approach to the digitisation of tasks, as the terminal is not fixed in the room, but accompanies the staff, facilitating the management of the work to be done. In addition, it has a simple verification system that ensures that tasks are performed in person in the room and that their records are automatically transferred from the application to the management system. In this way, digitisation is achieved by improving care planning and communication between the team, optimising staff time, completely eliminating paper records and increasing data accessibility.

What does Calas App offer?
CALAS APP is a tool designed to streamline care management in nursing homes for the elderly or dependent persons. Its technology improves staff efficiency and ensures information security. This application facilitates care planning and monitoring, as well as optimising the time and resources of care centres.
Mobile terminal
The terminal is no longer in the room but accompanies the professional to facilitate consultation and management of the tasks to be performed, as well as automatically recording the information in the management software.
Room task log
Ensures that tasks are carried out and recorded in the appropriate place according to the established care plan. To do this, a simple verification system is used to guarantee that the task is carried out in person in the room or wherever it is required.
Access to the Care Plan
From the CALAS APP, workers can view pending tasks by room, floor, or centre. A colour code will show them the compliance of the care plan.
Viewing pending tasks
In the application, when you click on the room, the tasks that need to be done are displayed, along with the time they should be carried out. It is very easy to use.
