- Features
Why Calas Laundry?
CALAS LAUNDRY modernises and optimises laundry processes in social and healthcare centres, preventing the loss or exchange of clothing between residents thanks to automated and accurate management. With RFID-UHF technology, it ensures complete traceability of garments, minimising identification and distribution times and reducing delivery errors. Its digitised, easy-to-use system improves service efficiency, maintaining up-to-date inventory control and reducing operating costs.
Automated management
It uses RFID-UHF technology and attached tags to automatically identify garments, monitor their ownership and location.
Garment traceability
Facilitates the identification, classification and tracking of each garment from the moment it enters the laundry until it is delivered to the corresponding wardrobe, passing through the different stages. This minimises the time taken to identify and distribute the garment, as well as avoiding delivery errors.
Service optimisation
Greater service efficiency and cost reduction are guaranteed. Thanks to the registration of each garment in the database, an inventory of each resident’s clothing is available.
Easy to use
The procedure has been designed to be easy to use and not affect the work routine of laundry staff. Simply by placing the garments in the control area or using a mobile reader, the change in status of a garment is recorded or its correct classification is verified.

Using the fixed or mobile antenna, we can search for garments by resident, characteristic or status.
4.
Control panel
It provides an overview of the garments that are in each stage.
