3. Personal data processed

The personal data we will process in any job application will be those conventionally established for these cases, such as identifying and contact data, academic and professional background, any information that the candidate voluntarily wishes to share with our entity, as well as other data we collect during interviews related to the selection and hiring process.

Likewise, through our digital employment platform, data related to the IP address, operating system used by the user, browser, date and time of access, and log files may be processed.

4. Purpose of the processing of personal data

The processing of personal data provided by job applicants will be exclusively to assess their candidacy, contact them for possible interviews and regarding the selection process, keep them informed of the different vacancies that occur in our organization if they authorize us to do so, and possible labor hiring if it occurs. Communications will be made through the contact means provided in your job application (e.g., telephone or email).

Your data may also be used to request references regarding your professional career from the companies where you inform us you have worked.

In the event that it is appropriate or that you understand that you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any other data about your health related to the requested job position, we inform you that these data will be processed to comply with article 15 of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in which we must know said data to adapt the workplace to the employee’s needs, as well as with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law on the rights of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion. Any other data unnecessary for the purpose of this request will be destroyed confidentially.

5. Legitimation

The processing of your personal data by our entity will be carried out with your express, free, informed and unequivocal consent, since we inform you of this policy so that after reading it and agreeing, you can voluntarily authorize us to process your data by checking the boxes provided for this purpose in our forms.

In this regard, we inform you that you can change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our postal address or email.

In the event that the user is under 16 years of age, we will not process their personal data, as this is the minimum working age in Spain. The user is solely responsible for the veracity of the data they send us.

6. Security measures

We guarantee the proper use of information and the confidentiality of personal data contained in your job application, applying all necessary security measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability. In short, to comply with the obligations our entity has regarding the protection of personal data.

7. Data disclosure

Our entity informs you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, unless your prior consent is obtained, in which case we will request your consent through the boxes provided for this purpose in the job application forms and with the appropriate information so that your consent is informed and free.

In certain candidacies, our entity may count on companies in our group or suppliers specialized in selection processes, in which case they will be considered data processors with whom we will sign the corresponding confidentiality contract and commitment to adopt all necessary security measures to protect your data.

8. Conservation of your data

Personal data provided as a job applicant will be kept until a job position is filled or for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless you have expressly authorized us to include you in our job bank, in which case they will be kept for the time necessary to consider your candidacy for possible vacancies and contact you to inform you in this regard.

9. Rights of candidates

We will keep your data as a job applicant as stated or until you exercise your right to erasure; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object to or limit the processing of your personal data at any time, and even request the portability of these or revoke your consent.

To exercise your rights, you must do so in writing to iseco@iseco.es attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent document to facilitate identification.
